Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's national office appoints Abdelkader Kotcha as official spokesman

In an official announcement dated 26 May 2024 (ref. 2024/121), the national office of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc announced the appointment of Mr Abdelkader Kotcha as the institution's official spokesman. Mr Kotcha is the only person authorised to act in this capacity and is entrusted with representing the institution at all official and media events.

The national office wished him every success in his new duties, expressing confidence in his abilities and dedication to the institution's goals.

In this capacity, the spokesman was a guest of the El Wassat daily's forum; in its Monday 10 June 2024 edition the paper published an interview headlined 'Hisn Al-Mateen urges President Tebboune to run for a second term', in which he stated that the Bloc would be strongly present in the presidential election and was not tied to any party.
