Béchar: Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc honours the daïra chief under the 'Green Béchar' initiative and Ramadan programme

As part of the launch of the 'Green Béchar' tree-planting campaign and in support of our Ramadan programme, the coordinator of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's Béchar office and the coordinator of 'Green Algeria' in Béchar wilaya, together with the Wali of Béchar, honoured Mr Aboubakr Kouni, head of the daïra of Béchar, who also manages the municipality of Béchar.

The tribute recognises his efforts in making the Bloc's Ramadan activities and tree-planting campaigns a success.
