Bloc delegation presents its reconciliation initiative to New Algeria Front president Ahmed Benabdeslam

Continuing the programme of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's reconciliation initiative with political parties, Mr Madjid Miloudi and an accompanying delegation of Bloc officials were received by the President of the New Algeria Front, Mr Ahmed Benabdeslam. In a highly productive working session, both sides discussed the conclusions of the social reconciliation initiative in support of State institutions and the country's internal front.

In the absence of the Bloc's President, Djelloul Chetouane, Mr Madjid Miloudi led the delegation, which included:

• Mr Wahid Boutarik, in charge of media;
• Mr Mohamed Maarouf, in charge of education, training and human development;
• the wilaya coordinators of Béchar, Adrar, Tamanrasset and Boumerdès.

Discussions focused on the need to spread political awareness across civil society and on everyone's responsibility, as elections are a key milestone in consolidating the constitutional path and an opportunity for strong popular support for the institutions of the Republic and for national cohesion. The meeting ended with an invitation to the party to adopt the initiative presented by the Bloc.
