Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc opens membership and leadership posts in its national and wilaya structures

Notice on opening posts of responsibility within the structures and bodies of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Institution.

As part of a review of the statutory structures at every level of the Bloc nationwide, in accordance with its statutes and internal regulations and with a view to bringing in fresh energy, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Institution informs all young Algerians and professionals wishing to engage in civic work and contribute to decision-making that membership of its structures and bodies is open at all levels, national and local. Those wishing to take on responsibilities in the national bureau or national committees, or to set up wilaya offices in the Bloc’s name, are invited to send a CV listing their personal details, qualifications and associative — and, where applicable, political — activities, by email or WhatsApp.

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Institution is a national non-governmental institution of a special social character, governed by Organic Law No. 12-06 on associations and the laws of the Republic in force. It has legal personality and financial autonomy and is not affiliated, under any circumstances, with any political party.

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc is a coordination framework for citizens, associations, organisations, independent unions, non-governmental federations and special-status institutions that wish to join it freely. Its core aim remains to stimulate local development and provide associations and organisations with a space for interaction and solidarity around social and economic issues, answering the call of conscience and national duty in the service of civil society, under the motto “One Homeland, One Nation, One History and One Destiny”.

The Institution seeks to strengthen national harmony between the State’s objectives and the interests of civil society, to consolidate unity and cooperation among the nation’s citizens, and to spread legal awareness and good morals in public life.
