The Bloc thanks the National Civil Society Observatory for its invitation to the Tipaza summer university

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Foundation warmly thanks the National Civil Society Observatory for inviting its president, Djelloul Chetouane, to the first edition of the summer university, held in the wilaya of Tipaza at the Chahid Guerguour Mohamed university residence from 6 to 9 July 2025.

The Bloc is pleased to confirm its participation: one of its officers will officially represent it in this national youth forum, in keeping with its commitment to the national dynamic of civil society.
