Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc congratulates Bureau member Ilyes Slimani, elected president of MO Constantine

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Foundation, its leadership and members, extends its warmest congratulations to Mr Ilyes Slimani, member of the Bloc's National Bureau, on his election as president of Mouloudia Olympique de Constantine (MOC).

The trust placed in him by the members of this historic club crowns an outstanding career in the service of sport in Constantine and reflects the leadership and high competence he has always shown, within the Bloc and beyond.

In congratulating him on his new post, we express our great pride in his membership of a Foundation dedicated to serving society in all fields, including sport, one of the pillars of a nation's progress.
