The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc unveils a strategy to strengthen the home front

Africa News daily – Monday 1 September 2025

In today's issue, the daily Africa News devoted a full page to the initiative of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Foundation, which presents a strategic study based on five guiding principles to strengthen the cohesion of the home front and support the efforts of the Algerian state.

The article highlights several important roles played by the Bloc:

• organised mobilisation of civil society;
• raising awareness of the dangers of security and media threats;
• supporting the state's efforts to protect the national economy;
• tackling social challenges with an academic and scientific approach;
• investing in young people and students as a force for the future.

The photo shows an official meeting of the Bloc's National Bureau members, who stressed that their project reflects a patriotic spirit and a commitment to defending national sovereignty.

A new step confirming that an aware civil society can be a genuine partner in building security and stability.
