Gaza between starvation and military escalation: Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc responds to the occupation's claims

In a strong statement, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Foundation reaffirmed its steadfast position alongside the defenceless Palestinian people in Gaza, stating that the Zionist entity is waging a genuine war of extermination through siege, starvation and the systematic killing of children and women, while blocking food and medicine.

The latest UN report revealed the scale of the catastrophe:

• more than 7,500 children have lost their lives since the aggression began;
• some 500,000 people are living on the brink of famine;
• hospitals, schools and infrastructure continue to be targeted.

The Foundation stressed that:

• all the occupation's claims about “aid” are mere disinformation designed to justify its crimes;
• the solution lies in holding the occupation accountable before international courts and imposing deterrent sanctions;
• Algerian civil society will remain at the forefront of defending the Palestinian cause.

The Foundation affirmed that the steadfastness of Gaza is that of the whole nation, that rights do not lapse with time, and that the battle for Palestine is a battle of existence and identity.
