Bloc president installs Badreddine Oumhenna as Sétif wilaya coordinator

Installation of the Sétif wilaya coordinator

In an atmosphere of optimism and responsibility, Mr Djelloul Chetouane, President of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc Foundation, installed Mr Badreddine Oumhenna as wilaya coordinator for Sétif.

The appointment is part of expanding the Foundation's organisational structures and strengthening its field presence across the country's wilayas, in order to embed the principles of serious associative work in the service of the nation and society.

Mr Badreddine Oumhenna expressed his pride in this trust and pledged to serve the Foundation's goals and to drive development and social initiatives in Sétif wilaya.
