Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc congratulates the Skikda Bar on inaugurating its new headquarters

The national bureau of Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc extends its sincerest congratulations to the Skikda Regional Bar Association on the inauguration of its new headquarters, in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Mr Lotfi Boudjemaa.

The national bureau especially thanks the President of the Bar, Abdelmoumen Bouhouira, for the considerable efforts he made to bring this project to fruition, an important gain for the justice community in the wilaya.

We also commend the participation of Mr Youcef Ramdane, local delegate of the Ombudsman of the Republic, and his constant role in supporting initiatives that serve citizens and improve institutional performance.

The national bureau further praises the efforts of lawyer Sofiane Laissoub, member of the Skikda Bar and coordinator of the Bloc’s wilaya office, for his fine contribution to this event.

This achievement marks a new step towards strengthening the legal profession and advancing the work of the justice system, in line with Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc’s vision of supporting all reform and institution-building initiatives across the country.
