Second clarification: Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc warns against false “leaks” about sovereign institutions

In light of what has recently been circulating on some platforms and pages, Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc notes a worrying rise in the spread and marketing of false information, presented by some as “leaks” or “facts from inside State institutions”, particularly concerning sovereign institutions.
This discourse, adopted by voices living outside Algeria such as Walid Kebir and Amir DZ, as well as anonymous accounts active in the same vein, does not rely on any credible source. It relies on exaggeration and recycling unverified narratives in order to confuse public opinion and sow doubt about State institutions.
The Bloc affirms that any changes within State bodies, particularly the security services, fall within normal management and the rearrangement of priorities — a purely sovereign matter that cannot be reduced to simplistic narratives or conspiracy theories.
Inflating “internal conflicts” or talking about “hidden networks controlling decisions” without tangible evidence remains unconfirmed analysis that only serves those seeking to undermine trust between the State and its citizens.
The strength of the State is built on collective awareness and the ability to distinguish accurate information from directed discourse, not on rumours.
Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc calls for:
- responsibility in sharing news;
- not being swept along by suspicious or anonymous sources;
- supporting national stability through awareness and objective debate.
Algeria will remain steadfast, protected by the awareness of its people and able to face all attempts at defamation and disinformation.
