Bloc congratulates its Touggourt wilaya coordinator Mohamed Guitoun on his doctorate in public law

As part of its encouragement of national talent and its appreciation of academic achievements that raise Algeria's standing, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc extends its warmest congratulations to its wilaya coordinator for Touggourt, a devoted son of the city, Dr Mohamed Guitoun, who has crowned a rich academic and professional career by earning a doctorate in public law from the University of Sousse in the Republic of Tunisia.

Dr Guitoun is one of Algeria's cadres recognised for competence and experience, combining high-level academic training with a distinguished career in finance and tax administration; he held several important positions at the Ministry of Finance, including heading a tax inspectorate for twenty-five years, as well as tax investigation, audit and administrative control duties.

This new academic achievement shows that will and diligence know neither age nor limits, and embodies the value of knowledge in the service of the nation and its institutions.

Commending this well-deserved success, the Bloc regards Dr Mohamed Guitoun as a national talent it is proud of and an example of perseverance, dedication and service to Algeria for the rising generations.
