As part of the election campaign, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's campaign director in the wilaya of Ain Defla, Ammar Fellah, continues to present the Bloc's vision and programme, which put citizens' interests and local development first.

The Bloc's programme is built on practical priorities that respond to citizens' aspirations, notably:

• encouraging local industry and investment to create jobs and boost the economy;
