Rabah Saraiche, the Bloc's coordinator in M'Sila, wins a seat in the People's National Assembly

Congratulations to Mr Rabah Saraiche, the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's coordinator for the wilaya of M'Sila, on winning a seat in the People's National Assembly, according to the preliminary results available.

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, led by its president Mr Djelloul Chetouane, extends its warmest congratulations to Mr Rabah Saraiche, the Bloc's coordinator in M'Sila, on his election to the People's National Assembly.

This achievement is the fruit of the trust citizens have placed in him and the crowning of his record of service to the wilaya and of his fieldwork.
