Bloc president congratulates the El Bina Movement leader on winning 39 seats

Letter of congratulations to the President of the National Construction Movement (El Bina)

Mr President of the National Construction Movement,

Peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God.

It gives me pleasure to extend to you, personally and on behalf of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc, my sincere congratulations on the results achieved by the National Construction Movement in the 2026 People's National Assembly elections, with 39 seats, an achievement that confirms the Movement's standing on the national political scene and reflects the trust of a considerable share of citizens in its project and programme.

This result is the fruit of sustained political work and an effective presence on the ground. It could have been greater but for certain circumstances surrounding the election, foremost among them the non-participation of the Algiers list, which would have added further seats to the Movement's tally. Nevertheless, maintaining this parliamentary presence remains a political success worthy of every appreciation.

Given the good relations and mutual respect that bind us, we value the national spirit that has marked the Movement's path, and we look forward to continued cooperation and consultation among the various national forces in the higher interest of Algeria and in support of responsible, constructive political action.

We pray that God grants you and the Movement's MPs success in your duties, and that this success spurs you on to serve the nation and its citizens even more.

Please accept, Mr President, the assurance of my highest consideration.

Djelloul Chetouane
President of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc
