Bloc pays tribute to Dr Abdallah Khalifa, one of its founders and a national bureau member

Dr Abdallah Khalifa… one of the founders of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc takes pride in Dr Abdallah Khalifa, one of the Bloc's founders and among the first national talents to believe in its project and mission and to support the idea of a national framework bringing Algerian energies and skills together to serve the nation and society.

From the very beginning, Dr Abdallah Khalifa has been present and involved in the Bloc's journey, believing that Algerian talent, wherever it may be, is a national asset that must be engaged and drawn upon.

Today, Dr Abdallah Khalifa continues to serve as a member of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc's national bureau, contributing his scientific and professional expertise to the institution's work and to the development of its projects and programmes.

We highly value everyone who believed in this project from the start and supported its founding and goals, because great national projects are built on faith in an idea and on the men and women who carry it with dedication and responsibility.

Our highest esteem and respect to Dr Abdallah Khalifa, one of the founders of the Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc and one of those who believed in the project from its launch.
