UN approves Khadidja Mansour's request to address the Fourth Committee on Western Sahara

Press release: confirmation that Ms Khadidja Mansour's appearance before the UN Fourth Committee has been approved

The Hisn Al-Mateen Bloc has received official correspondence from the secretariat of the United Nations Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee) regarding Ms Khadidja Mansour's request to appear before the Committee and speak on the question of Western Sahara.

The official correspondence states that:

• the hearing request submitted by Ms Khadidja Mansour has been approved;
• the statement is part of the hearings of petitioners during the 81st session of the Fourth Committee (2026);
• the hearings on the question of Western Sahara are scheduled for 7, 8 or 9 October 2026, from 3:00 p.m., at United Nations Headquarters in New York, Conference Room 4;
• the speaking time allotted is three minutes.
