Building the Bloc’s structures and keeping them running across the national territory.
Mandate and missions
The Organisation Committee deals with everything related to the Bloc’s structure and the proper running of its bodies: supporting the installation of wilaya coordinations — a coordinator, a delegate per municipality, communication and organisation officers and a women’s officer (art. 44) — following up membership files and preparing the logistics of statutory meetings.
It works alongside the organisation officer of the National Executive Bureau, who keeps the membership list, mail and archives (art. 36), and proposes measures to improve how structures are organised and installed. Its monthly report goes to the National Executive Bureau, which decides on its recommendations.
- Support the installation of wilaya coordinations and municipal delegates (arts. 43–47).
- Follow up membership files with the organisation officer of the National Executive Bureau.
- Prepare the logistics of General Assembly and National Council meetings.
- Propose measures to improve how structures are organised and installed.
- Coordinate the organisation officers of the wilaya coordinations.
- Keep the status of coordinations shown on the website map up to date.
