Committee 07 / 13
Mandate and missions
The Youth Initiatives and Talent Committee builds on Article 3 of the statutes, which calls young people “the beacon of the future and the pillar of the State and the homeland”. It receives young people’s initiatives in civic, cultural, sports and scientific fields, helps their promoters carry them out, and identifies and nurtures talent.
It works with the youth creativity and talent officer of the National Executive Bureau and with the wilaya coordinations, and contributes to the objective of linking diaspora youth to their homeland (art. 5). Its monthly report goes to the National Executive Bureau.
